This internship will provide hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), as well as exposure to key concepts such as virtualization, containerization, and infrastructure as code.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Cloud Infrastructure: Assist in provisioning and managing cloud resources, such as virtual machines, databases, and storage solutions.
  2. Deployment & Automation: Work on automating deployment processes using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation.
  3. Support DevOps Operations: Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  4. Cloud Security: Participate in ensuring secure cloud environments, managing access controls, and implementing security protocols.
  5. Monitoring & Optimization: Help monitor cloud resources for performance, availability, and cost efficiency.
  6. Documentation & Reporting: Contribute to creating technical documentation, cloud architecture diagrams, and performance reports.

 

Skills & Tools:

  1. Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  2. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  3. Scripting experience with languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  4. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
  5. Basic networking concepts and protocols (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP).
  6. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation) is a plus.
